Refund and Returns Policy

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Return Policy is implied only where the product have defect or damage. We do not accept returns in case of wrong selection made by customer.
  • Customers may be asked to send the product back, in case the reverse pick up cannot be honoured due to operational restrictions. Return shipping charges will be reimbursed in the form of store credit.(Before shipping you have to take confirmation for charges from our team then only ship the products)
  • No Cancellation or Return on wrong selection post-delivery. All customers are requested to check specifications/configuration requirements.
  • Return Policy is applicable but with 15% restocking fees. Customer will get replacement in case of faulty product received by customer, if in case customer wants to return the product it will attract Cancellation/Restocking charges (15% on Product value). Cases where the wrong selection was made by the customer, will also be considered discretionary returns and may attract Cancellation/Restocking charges (15% on Product value).
  • Customer can contact respective service centre or email at for warranty support.
  • In case of order cancelled by customer after making payment or order is got confirmed, then there will be 2.5% cancellation charges will be deducted.
  • Cancellation of order post procurement/prior to delivery may attract up to 15% restocking charges.
  • In case of wrong selection of product by the customer, the return request may not be considered post-delivery of the product.
  • If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done, in case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyers bank account. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
  • For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic reputed courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. MACZONE PVT.LTD is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
