Cancellation & Refund Policy

We have two different policies for COD and prepaid orders. Please read them carefully.

Cancellation For COD Orders

  1. You can call or message on WhatsApp between 10 am and 7 pm | Monday to Saturday for order cancellation.
  2. You can also cancel your order at order confirmation time on WhatsApp or by phone.
  3. If you do not reply within 2 days for order confirmation on WhatsApp or by phone, your order will be cancelled automatically.
  4. After order confirmation, you can cancel your order before shipping it.
  5. After we ship your shipment, you cannot cancel your order.
  6. If you do not accept the shipment at delivery time, next time you are not eligible for COD orders.
  7. If you do not accept your partial prepayment shipment, we will not refund you your partial prepayment amount.

Cancellation For Prepaid Orders

  1. You can call or message on WhatsApp between 10 am and 7 pm | Monday to Saturday for order cancellation.
  2. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after it is received.
  3. After we ship your shipment, you cannot cancel your order.
  4. If you do not accept your shipment at delivery time, we will deduct the 5% amount of your payment and refund you the remaining amount.

Refund for COD orders

  1. ₹ 90 COD charges will not be added to the refunded amount; you will receive the actual product amount.
  2. We do not refund by QR code, UPI, or phone number.
  3. We will ask you for your bank account details on WhatsApp.
  4. Payment is initiated on the same day, and you will get your payment within 48 hours in your shared bank account.
  5. If you do not receive your refund within 48 hours, you can contact us about it.

Refund for Prepaid orders

  1. We will initiate your refund within 24 hours using your original payment method; you will get it in 2 to 7 days.
  2. If you do not receive your refund within 7 days, you can contact us about it.
